What men say
It’s a fact that most managerial positions are still filled by men. It is estimated that up to 2/3 of current management staff will not be successful. Any discussions concerning the leadership styles of men and women should therefore come second to a definition of requirements and who provides them. Personality traits are more important here than gender. An individual’s suitability is always determined by the requirements of the position. Ask yourself what would be promising with regard to a managerial position within a company, and how it can be measured and predicted – without referring to gender.
