The other man’s grass
A large multinational financial services provider improved its selection process for its field staff. This enabled it to increase employee satisfaction and reduce fluctuations.
The MVPI was used to establish the values that particularly motivate a field staff candidate. Before the MVPU the rate of fluctuation was 48%; one year after the introduction of Hogan it had dropped to 18%.
These 30% meant that the company now has 300 field staff, saving it the € 3.3 million it would have cost them to take on new staff.
