Faith isn’t always enough – provide empiric proof

“I think she can do it.” “I can judge a person in 4 seconds.” “You’ll never amount to anything!” Although faith can move mountains, it is much better if careers and professional performances are planned and the criteria for predictions proven empirically. Recruiters like to take down what people are able to judge well in others – but then they take it a step further and start telling people what to do with this judgement, and how to meet a requirement for development and build on strengths. This calls for proven experience, comparisons with the best. Companies also carry out research together in order to predict what productivity has achieved so far, and where there is performance potential for the future.
