Fundamental abilities

Market feasibility is basically defined by reliability (“Is he coming to work today?”), self-control (“Has he completely lost the plot?”) and focus on the customer (“Is he approachable?”). Personality indicates whether someone follows the rules, can accept control, has self-control, finishes what they have started, and avoids unnecessary risks. It indicates whether someone comes across as good-humoured and balanced, and whether someone is calm, friendly and approachable. These are all things that we can learn as we gain experience in life. They should be well anchored in people who are just embarking on their professional careers so that nothing can go wrong at work, or so they know where they need to improve.
